This website is operated by Ibix Global Tech, the company behind IbixOS. You can reach us about privacy at crm@ibixos.com.
What we collect
When you request a demo we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, phone number, country, industry, team size and any message you write. We also record the page you submitted from, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and your IP address to protect the form from abuse.
We do not use advertising cookies on this website.
How we use it
We use your details to contact you about the demo you asked for, to prepare a proposal if you want one, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell your data or share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Where it is kept
Demo requests are stored in our own IbixOS account, hosted with a major cloud provider. Access is limited to Ibix Global Tech staff who handle sales and support.
How long we keep it
We keep demo request records for up to three years after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case our customer agreement applies.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing crm@ibixos.com. We reply within 30 days.
Customer data in IbixOS
Companies that use IbixOS control the customer data they put into it. If you are a customer of one of those companies, please contact them directly about your data.

We may update this notice. The date below shows when it last changed.
